Yes. In addition to our sensors, controllers, wall switches, and software, we manufacture the Challenger High-Bay Fixture, which is IP65-rated, high-temperature rated to 155°F, delivers 171 lumens per watt, directional lightbars, and is priced 30–40% below the competition, making it ideal for industrial spaces.

Yes. Our controls can be retrofitted onto most existing LED fixtures, allowing you to leverage your current infrastructure while gaining the benefits of complete network lighting control.  We need to know the LED driver in the existing fixture to confirm.

Absolutely. The system is designed to be user-friendly through both desktop and mobile interfaces, featuring dashboards for energy savings, carbon reduction, scheduling, occupancy heat maps, and zone control—all in real-time.  Having the phone app makes it easy to make changes on the fly.  One of our clients told us he loves the phone app because occasionally someone will ask him to adjust the light(s) in their area, and it takes him 15 seconds to make the change. They think he is a superhero now with superpowers.

Our wireless Bluetooth architecture eliminates the need for extensive rewiring. Most installations are fast and non-disruptive, making it easy to push software updates without interruption.

Yes. We provide complete onboarding, technical support, and ongoing training. We also offer remote system diagnostics, OTA (over-the-air) updates, and optional performance reporting.

Yes. Through our Trade Ally partnerships with utilities and financing programs like Michigan Saves, many clients access low-interest financing (1.9–3.9%) or utility-funded upgrades that are cash flow positive from day one.
